How to Purchase Tickets
Tickets can be purchased in person at the Arts Box Office or by phone during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from noon to 5 PM, or online at any time. Online sales end one hour before the event begins. Tickets can also be purchased at the door starting one hour before curtain, subject to availability.

Delivery & Will Call
Tickets purchased by phone or online can be delivered by mail or held at will call. Please select your preferred delivery method at the time of purchase.
Please allow five to seven business days for mail delivery. Tickets purchased within seven days of an event will automatically be held at will call.
Will call tickets can be picked up at the Arts Box Office during regular business hours or at the door starting one hour prior to the event. Please be prepared to show an order confirmation or photo ID when picking up will call tickets.
Patrons that purchase tickets online also have the option of receiving an electronic ticket by email, which they can print at home or show on their phone or mobile device at the door.
Free UVA student tickets cannot be delivered and must be picked up at will call. UVA students must show a valid student ID when picking up free student tickets.
Ticket Prices and Discounts
Ticket prices and discounts are determined by the organization presenting each performance and vary by event. Discounts must be selected at the time of purchase at cannot be applied retroactively. For information regarding ticket prices and discounts for specific events, view ticket prices online or contact the Arts Box Office staff.
Patrons may be required to show ID to verify eligibility for some discounts.
Service Fees
A nonrefundable $3.75 per order service charge applies to all phone, mail, and online orders, excluding free tickets.
Group Sales
Group discounts may be available for select events. If you are interested in purchasing tickets for your group, contact the Arts Box Office for more information.
Season Subscriptions
Season ticket subscriptions are available for select performance series including the Heritage Theatre Festival, Charlottesville Symphony, and Tuesday Evening Concert Series. Subscribers are among our most valued patrons and receive priority seating for season performances as well as discounted pricing and other exclusive benefits.
Ticket packages for the Charlottesville Chamber Music Festival and Heritage Theatre Festival can be purchased online.
