Early Visions is an art partnership between The Fralin Museum of Art and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Virginia where we bring university students and members of the Boys and Girls Club together in mentor-mentee relationships. Over the course of nine weeks, one day a week for nine weeks, “mentors” and “buddies” build meaningful relationships facilitated by art and art making. An interest in art is important, but art making skills are not essential. For more information please visit our website!
Online Applications are due September 12th. Selected mentors will interview September 13th-14th. If selected as a mentor, a mandatory orientation will be held on September 16th from 10:00am-3:00pm. Early Visions will run September 18th through November 29th.
